Service Description

To book, pay your deposit upfront. The rest is due at your appointment. Wet Loc Retwist + Style This service includes a clean and detailed retwist of your existing locs with a wash. Your roots will be freshly retwisted to keep your locs neat and healthy. After the retwist, your locs will be styled into a simple protective look of your choice (such as two-strand twists, barrel rolls, buns, or updos). Great for a fresh, finished appearance. You can add more than one service if you need multiple services. This service has two options for short or/and long locs. If your locs are past your shoulders and you book the short loc choice.You will be charged the long loc option price at the end of your service. Please make sure you are choosing the correct option.

Cancellation Policy

At Shi Psych-Ya, every appointment is reserved with intention and respect for both your time and mine. Please review the following before booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Some services and styles require full payment upfront. This will be specified at the time of booking. Shi Psych-Ya is a mobile service, meaning I travel to you. A travel fee is required and must be sent via Cash App prior to your appointment. Travel fees are separate from your service total. For services that do not include a shampoo, hair must be clean and product-free prior to your appointment to ensure the best results. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of your deposit. There is a 10–15 minute booking grace period. All product purchases are finale.
