Welcome to Shi Psych-Ya. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and policies.

Appointments

Appointments must be booked through the approved booking system. A valid payment method may be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits

Required deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new deposit to book a future appointment.

Mobile Appointments

Shi Psych-Ya is a mobile natural hair care service.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• A safe and clean workspace

• Adequate lighting

• Access to a standard electrical outlet

• A smoke-free environment during the appointment

• A suitable chair and enough space to comfortably perform the service

Travel fees may apply based on your location.

Hair Preparation

Please follow all appointment preparation instructions before your service. Failure to prepare the hair as instructed may require additional service time, additional charges, or rescheduling.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact Shi Psych-Ya within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss an appropriate solution.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.

Product Purchases

For hygiene and safety reasons, all product sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, photos, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Shi Psych-Ya and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shi Psych-Ya is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, scalp conditions, product allergies, or failure to disclose relevant hair history.

Changes to These Terms

Shi Psych-Ya reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website.
