At Shi Psych-Ya, every service is performed with care, professionalism, and attention to the health of your natural hair. Because services require reserved appointment time and personalized care, please review the following refund policy.

Services

All completed services are non-refundable.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact Shi Psych-Ya within 48 hours of your appointment. I am committed to providing quality service and will gladly discuss an appropriate solution when applicable.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your scheduled service.

Product Sales

All product sales are final due to the nature of personal care products.

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Shi Psych-Ya within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items may be replaced at no additional cost.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
