Orders are shipped through a trusted shipping carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shi Psych-Ya is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Shi Psych-Ya is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Shi Psych-Ya is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim if needed.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Shi Psych-Ya within 7 days of delivery.

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Eligible damaged items may be replaced at no additional cost.
