Hair Consultations – 30 Minutes | Virtual Only My 30-minute Hair Consultations are designed to discuss your hair goals, assess your hair type and condition, and create a personalized styling plan tailored just for you. Perfect for planning a new look or addressing specific hair needs. Important: This consultation is virtual only. You will receive a Zoom link via email (and/or phone number on file) to join your appointment and hour before your appointment starts.

Cancellation Policy

At Shi Psych-Ya, every appointment is reserved with intention and respect for both your time and mine. Please review the following before booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Some services and styles require full payment upfront. This will be specified at the time of booking. Shi Psych-Ya is a mobile service, meaning I travel to you. A travel fee is required and must be sent via Cash App prior to your appointment. Travel fees are separate from your service total. For services that do not include a shampoo, hair must be clean and product-free prior to your appointment to ensure the best results. A 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Failure to provide proper notice will result in loss of your deposit. There is a 10–15 minute booking grace period. All product purchases are finale.
